Job summary

Antwerpen Automotive Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Parts Stocking Clerk to oversee the parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing, ensuring smooth service and accuracy. You will work with the parts manager to locate out‑of‑stock parts, process special orders, and communicate status to customers.

Youll also back up the parts counter, help maintain inventory, and uphold safety policies and regulatory requirements to deliver a hassle-free experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Flexibility with hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to invoicing the customer.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer.
• Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as backup to parts counter person or stocking clerk as necessary.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
