Job summary

Antwerpen Automotive in Baltimore is seeking a Parts Stocking Clerk to manage the parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing, and to coordinate with the parts manager for stock and special orders.

You will communicate with customers and staff in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring timely updates and accurate handling of parts orders while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• People focused with excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient with computer skills preferred.
• Must be flexible with hours and days.
• Positive attitude required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to invoicing.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part requests for customer orders.
• Communicate with customers on status of parts and notify upon delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as backup to parts counter person or stocking clerk.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and comply with regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer.
• Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as backup to parts counter person or stocking clerk as necessary.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
