Job summary

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a Parts Stocking Clerk in Baltimore, MD to manage the parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing. You will collaborate with the parts manager to locate out-of-stock items and handle special orders for customers, while maintaining clear communication on order status and delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to invoicing the customer.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part requests for parts that need to be ordered.
• Communicate with customer on status of ordered parts and notify upon delivery to dealership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as backup to parts counter person or stocking clerk as necessary.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.

Responsibilities
