Herk & Associates - Heavy Equipment Jobs is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to support refuse equipment customers from sites in Texas. This role blends parts sales, counter support, customer service, and inventory management to ensure customers get the right parts quickly and accurately.

You will interact with customers and service teams, prepare quotes, process orders, manage stock levels, and grow parts revenue through in-depth product knowledge and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Experience in refuse equipment parts sales or counter roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify parts and provide accurate pricing and availability.
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day parts counter activity and provide responsive customer support.
• Handle inbound calls, identify customer parts needs, and provide accurate pricing and availability.
• Sell refuse equipment parts and related products to new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities.
• Identify the correct replacement parts and recommend solutions based on customer equipment and applications.
• Manage inventory levels, stocking, replenishment, and parts availability.
• Monitor backorders and open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer communication.
• Coordinate with service technicians and other departments to support equipment repairs.
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase parts sales.
• Maintain accurate inventory, order, and customer records within company systems.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts department.
