Job summary

Responsibilities

• Procure parts from approved vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for service operations and customer demand.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Process internal and external parts orders with accurate quotes and product recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and improve margins.
• Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability for repairs.
• Track backorders and communicate delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of parts purchases, inventory, and sales transactions.
