Job summary

Welch Equipment Company in Denver, Colorado is seeking an organized parts processor to handle orders, research parts, post, pick, invoice, and ensure accurate inventory movement. You will contact customers with issues, create purchase orders, receive and distribute items, update and expedite backorders with vendors, and communicate order status across teams.

A high school diploma or GED, forklift knowledge, mechanical aptitude, basic math, and the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift knowledge preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude highly preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and shift between tasks based on operational needs.
• Ability to work well with team and with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Process and research parts including orders, including post, pick, & invoice.
• Contact customers awaiting responses to problems (follow-up).
• Create purchase orders, receive, and distribute accordingly.
• Update and expedite backorders with vendors.
• Communicate order updates to internal and external customers.
• Daily and monthly reporting.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
