Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions is seeking a Parts Technician to manage and maintain inventory for our shop and field operations in Colorado. Under supervision of the Warehouse Manager, you will pull, issue, and track parts, procure items from suppliers, and ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, coordinating with mechanics and field crews, and helping with cycle counts and stock organization.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Warehouse/Part room environment experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory for mechanics and field; ensure correct parts and timely delivery.
• Update inventory in the system and issue parts to crews.
• Communicate ETA and open orders with shop and field.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; maintain safety procedures.
• Collaborate with AP and Supply Chain on past-due invoices and open orders.
• Assist with cycle counts and quarterly inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety rules.
