Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer experience and data entry in inventory systems.
• Requires 24-hour availability for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license with at least two years driving experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with auto or heavy duty truck parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter service to MaineDOT employees for parts/equipment.
• Assist with inventory control and data entry in inventory systems.
• Handle customer questions about part availability and pricing.
• Drive MANCON vehicle to pick up parts when required.
• Review requisitions for completeness (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions, quantities).
• Generate invoices for requisitions and enter vendor receiving documents.
