MANCON, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Parts Specialist II to provide counter service to NJDOT employees needing parts and equipment. The role supports inventory control, data entry in inventory systems, and exceptional customer service; occasional driving of MANCON vehicles may be required to pick up parts.

The position is hourly, with a compensation range of $16.00 to $24.49 per hour based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of computer experience
• 4 years of auto/HD truck parts experience
• Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience
• Forklift license (MANCON will provide training after hire)
• Obtain and maintain P1 and P2 ASE Certification

Responsabilités

• Provide quality customer service to NJDOT employees, including attention to detail and verifying part numbers
• Assist with inventory control and weekly cycle counts
• Input vendor and inventory data in the inventory system
• Drive MANCON vehicle to pick up parts as needed
• Review requisition forms for accuracy (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, quantities)
• Verify availability of requested parts and communicate with customers
• Review invoices at vendor locations for pricing and quantity accuracy
• Travel to vendor locations for parts and assist with research projects
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and safety procedures
