Job summary

MANCON, LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist II to provide counter service to NJDOT employees and support inventory control and data entry. The role may involve driving a MANCON vehicle to pickup parts and assisting with vendor coordination.

The position is hourly, with a compensation range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour. Placement within the range depends on experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills related to the duties described.

Qualifications

• 1 year of computer experience.
• 4 years of auto/HD truck parts experience.
• 24-hour availability.
• Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience.
• Obtain and maintain forklift license (MANCON will provide training after hire).
• Obtain and maintain P1 and P2 ASE Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide counter service to NJDOT employees for parts/equipment.
• Assist with inventory control and data entry in inventory systems.
• Drive MANCON vehicle to pick up parts as needed.
• Review requisitions to ensure correct parts and quantities.
• Inform customers when requested parts are available.
• Travel to vendor locations to pick up parts and review invoices for pricing/quantities.
• Assist with inventory research projects and participate in training programs.
