Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions per policy.
• Process exchanges and returns and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking, fronting, and stockroom duties.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock adjustments and inventory counts.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training and compliance.
