O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in West Valley City, UT to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management in daily tasks.

You will handle phone inquiries, process transactions, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience. Bilingual applicants are encouraged, and ongoing training is provided to grow with the company.

Qualifications

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store at the same time.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
Support management and installer service specialists for professional customers.
Process cash, checks, and card transactions securely per policy.
Handle exchanges and returns per policy and with a friendly approach.
Address customer complaints courteously and resolve issues.
Assist with stock, planograms, and image updates, including freight receipt and shelf maintenance.
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
