Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Two years of previous parts experience.
• 10-Key and/or Alpha-Numeric Data Entry Skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts and promote specials.
• Maintain parts bins and shelves in an orderly fashion.
• Ensure all charge sales are signed by customers.
• Present invoices to customers with copies.
• Assist in monthly parts returns and catalog updates.
• List and price parts on repair orders and shop tickets.
• Coordinate with Parts Manager for out-of-stock parts and special orders.
• Maintain parts catalog, price schedules, and bulletins.
