O’Reilly Auto Parts in Picayune, MS is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver excellent service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select parts, and support store management with daily tasks.

The role requires multitasking between in-store and phone inquiries, cash handling, and basic vehicle service tasks as trained. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Provides outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Able to multitask between in-store and phone interactions.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service tasks as needed.
• Answer phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and process payments.
• Handle exchanges/returns and maintain cash drawer securely.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, tests) as trained.
