O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers at our Missouri store. The role supports store management in daily tasks and promotes company customer service programs.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be favored in customer communications. The position involves greeting customers, assisting with product selection, handling transactions, processing returns, maintaining stock, and performing in-store services.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Stock shelves, planogram updates, and daily store operations.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
• Occasionally deliver items as needed.
