O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. The role includes assisting managers and professional customers, handling calls, matching parts, and processing transactions in a friendly store environment.

The position emphasizes bilingual (Spanish) communication, accuracy in pricing, and adherence to company policies. Training and potential in-store service tasks are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and installers.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, promote Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and daily tasks.
• Perform in-store services such as installing wipers and battery tests.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if eligible.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
