Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Springtown, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and help support store management.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process transactions, handle returns, and help with stock, freight, and basic in-store services. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned training relevant to position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and handle quotes.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and cleaning.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, battery tests, codes, etc.) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
