Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Spring, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high level service to retail and installer customers, greet shoppers, and support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

You will handle cash/credit transactions, process exchanges, assist with stock, fronting, and occasional deliveries, while maintaining excellent customer relations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desired: Bilingual; Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and respond to store phone inquiries per policy.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints.
• Support daily image maker, planogram updates, stock, and shelf replenishment.
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle deliveries when needed.
