You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, support store management, and help with daily operations including returns, stocking, and basic in-store services.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, efficient order lookups, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with selection of merchandise.
• Support professional customers as needed and directed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policies.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., installations, testing, diagnostics) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
