Training, cash handling, and accurate transactions are essential parts of the role. Responsibilities include assisting professional customers, promoting loyalty programs, handling returns, and performing stock and planogram duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve customer issues.
• Perform daily store operations, stocking and housekeeping.
