O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Answer store calls per policy, look up parts, quote prices, upsell related items, and offer the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process cash/credit transactions and securely manage the cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking, cleaning, etc.
• Perform daily operational tasks including returns to the distribution center and stock counts.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes, etc.) as allowed by law.
• Occasional deliveries if business needs require and driving eligibility is met.
