O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and support store management and professional customers as needed.

Training will be provided to perform daily store operations and phone inquiries according to policy. Include handling cash and card transactions, exchanges, returns, and basic in-store services.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store phone according to policy and quote prices.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer; process cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Process exchanges and returns per policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram updates, and inventory counts.
• Operate store test equipment after training.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, charging tests) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
