The role involves promoting service programs, assisting professional customers, performing daily stock and planogram tasks, and providing in-store services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Support professional customers and assist store management as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies; address customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates; stock, fronting, and cleaning tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostics) when trained.
