O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide outstanding service to retail and installer customers at our store in Utah. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, and support management with assigned tasks.

You will handle phone inquiries, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote the Low-Price Guarantee while accurately processing cash, checks, and card transactions. Training and daily stocking duties are included.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a retail environment or service industry.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences is useful.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Greet retail and installer customers, understand needs, and guide selections.
• Assist management and installer service teams with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges/returns and handle cash, checks, and card transactions.

• Operate test equipment after training and adhere to company requirements.
