O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will interact with both walk-in and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Able to multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Experience with automotive parts and related sales is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills encouraged (Spanish preferred).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and returns per policy.
• Answer phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices and upsell related items.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services and, when required, deliveries.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
