Team Auto Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you’ll work closely with technicians, service staff, and retail customers to ensure accurate parts ordering and prompt fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers in locating and ordering the correct parts and accessories
Track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure efficient parts flow
Accurately bill all parts through the service department, body shop, and retail counter
Handle payment collection and maintain proper invoicing and documentation
Package and return parts to manufacturers as needed, ensuring proper record-keeping
Use parts catalogs and systems to accurately identify components by vehicle make, model, and year
Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Parts Advisor/Specialist or in a dealership parts department strongly preferred
Working knowledge of parts cataloging and inventory systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license
