Team Auto Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you’ll work closely with technicians, service staff, and retail customers to ensure accurate parts ordering and prompt fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers in locating and ordering the correct parts and accessories

• Track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure efficient parts flow

• Accurately bill all parts through the service department, body shop, and retail counter

• Handle payment collection and maintain proper invoicing and documentation

• Package and return parts to manufacturers as needed, ensuring proper record-keeping

• Use parts catalogs and systems to accurately identify components by vehicle make, model, and year

• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Parts Advisor/Specialist or in a dealership parts department strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of parts cataloging and inventory systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Valid driver’s license
