Compensation Pay Range

$11.13 - $20.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers.
• Support store management in tasks and customer service.
• Follow all customer service programs and greet customers promptly.
• Assist with serving professional customers and completing relevant training.
• Handle customer calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns.
• Address customer complaints and assist with store operations like stocking and freight receival.
• Operate store test equipment and perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
• Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automotive parts and sales or service experience.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
