Job summary

Firematic Supply Co. is seeking a Parts Specialist for the Fire Apparatus Division to keep paramedic equipment ready and customers serviced with accuracy and speed.

You will handle parts support for fire trucks, assist customers and technicians, process orders, manage inventory, coordinate returns, and ensure timely parts delivery—supporting downtime reduction and department profitability in a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in truck parts, fire apparatus, or heavy-duty equipment (required).
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computer systems and data entry.
• Inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
• Clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to resource for parts support for fire apparatus.

• Help drive department efficiency and profitability.
