Job Summary:

The Inventory Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate inventory, resolve issues, generate reports, and contribute to process improvements, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries regarding inventory, order status, and product information via phone, email, or chat.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges; monitor inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
• Collaborate with inventory team to update records, manage backorders, and report discrepancies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or damages.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory and customer feedback; suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory adjustments.
• Contribute to developing and implementing inventory and customer service procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or inventory management preferred; familiarity with inventory systems and CRM software advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
