Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services in Texas is seeking a Parts Specialist to join the Parts department and be the go-to person for parts orders and inquiries. You’ll work Monday–Friday, assist customers, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in parts for heavy‑duty diesel or construction equipment, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. A team-based incentive plan and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of parts experience in heavy-duty diesel and/or construction equipment.
• Experience with parts sourcing and pricing is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Work with vendors to source and price parts promptly.
• Prepare daily shipments and assist with weekly shipments.
• Organize and ship parts; support shipping/receiving as needed.
• Assist with exchanges, returns and warranty claims.

We are looking for a Parts Specialist to help support that mission.JOB SUMMARYThis position will work behind the counter in the parts department and be the “parts go-to” person Monday-Friday. It is helpful to have at least one year of experience in working with parts sales and delivery. Any experience with heavy equipment parts is a definite plus. All candidates should have excellent customer relations and communications skills.
