Compensation Pay Range

$16.50 - $24.50

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, season, or specific tasks, and may be paid in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers.
• Support store management in daily tasks.
• Follow all customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and others.
• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and support team members as needed.
• Complete relevant training.
• Handle phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and recommend products.
• Maintain cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with store organization, stocking, and inventory tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and vehicle diagnostics where legal.
• Occasionally drive delivery vehicles if qualified.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
• Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish.
