Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, season, or work performed, and other applicable premiums.

The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent customer service over the phone, including looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting company guarantees.
6. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, handle transactions accurately.
7. Process exchanges and returns according to company policies.
8. Resolve customer complaints professionally.
9. Assist with store image maintenance, stock management, and operational tasks.
10. Operate store equipment after training.
11. Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle codes, where legally permitted.
12. Drive delivery vehicles as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, provide friendly customer service, multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).
