Job summary

Premier Private Jets in Vandalia, OH is seeking a Parts & Procurement Specialist to manage warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and timely parts availability for maintenance and repair activities.

You will quote, buy, and track parts, coordinate with vendors, handle shipping/receiving, and support on-call AOG events while complying with FAA regulations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must read & write English fluently to meet FAA regulations.
• 1–2 years of line service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a drug test and a 10-year background check.
• Valid state driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform moderate to heavy physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing operations including storage, security and accountability of aircraft parts & materials.
• Move repairable materials to/from repair vendors and company shops.
• Perform shipping & receiving with timely inbound receipts.
• Resolve shipping/receiving problems and report to supervision.
• Maintain accurate computerized inventory and vendor discrepancy resolutions.
• Ensure inventory is properly accounted for and binned to industry standards.
• Quote and procure parts and materials for work orders at lowest cost.
• Maintain and order consumables for all production departments.
• Support AOG on-call events during nights/weekends.
