Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services in Tulsa, OK seeks a Parts Specialist to support the parts department Monday–Friday at the counter. One year of parts sales/delivery experience is helpful; heavy equipment parts knowledge is a plus. Excellent customer relations and communications skills are essential for success.

You will provide outstanding service to internal and external customers, work with vendors to source parts, and prepare shipments. A competitive salary and benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Work with vendors and customers to provide parts promptly.
• Prepare and perform daily & weekly shipments.
• Organize and ship parts.
• Research pricing using vendor databases and websites.
• Upsell to retail customers where appropriate.
• Assist with exchanges, returns and warranty claims.
• Support shipping/receiving and stocking activities.

We are looking for a Parts Specialist to help support that mission.JOB SUMMARYThis position will work behind the counter in the parts department and be the “parts go-to” person Monday-Friday. It is helpful to have at least one year of experience in working with parts sales and delivery. Any experience with heavy equipment parts is a definite plus. All candidates should have excellent customer relations and communications skills.
