We are looking for an experienced Parts Specialist who is passionate about ensuring the best possible customer experience. Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to help design, build and roll-out products that deliver the Repair Smith's vision and strategy.
The perfect person for the job is excited to move fast, think at scale, and takes a customer-centric approach to all they do. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year parts ordering experience in the automotive industry or similar, able to communicate efficiently and in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail. This individual would be responsible for ordering parts in advance for scheduled jobs as well as follow-up jobs and special-order parts outside of our preferred vendors.
