Job description

Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Slot Tech Manager, the Slot Parts Coordinator manages all Slot Department inventory using an Inventory Management System. Responsibilities include parts research, ordering, receiving, issuing, and reconciling physical inventory.

This list of duties is illustrative and not exhaustive.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Order and receive slot machine parts.
  2. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including Internal Controls (ICs).
  3. Maintain high accuracy in data entry tasks.
  4. Track order statuses and follow up as needed.
  5. Review daily parts usage; report and replenish inventory levels promptly.
  6. Package parts for shipment and return warranted or credit-eligible parts to vendors.
  7. Maintain critical and frequently used components to ensure gaming machine uptime.
  8. File all parts tracking paperwork from orders.
  9. Record all parts transactions in the database.
  10. Provide ETA for out-of-norm or rush orders.
  11. Track and report costs for parts orders.
  12. Maintain cleanliness of the Slot Tech Shop.
  13. Ensure accuracy of incoming parts orders, document shortages, and notify vendors of discrepancies.
  14. Label parts, restock bins, establish new locations, and update database.
  15. Assist with department projects and provide technical support.
  16. Monitor software compliance for slots and related equipment.
  17. Maintain professional communication and a positive work environment.
  18. Be detail-oriented and contribute to team efforts.
  19. Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of tech support or warehouse inventory experience. Inventory/Ordering Management System experience preferred. Must be 18+, with no felony, theft, or stealing convictions. Must pass drug, background, and obtain a gaming license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
  • Knowledge of mechanical functions, parts, and slot machine components.
  • Experience with inventory audits, reports, and issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory control systems.
  • Ability to use electronic tracking software.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Knowledge of manual tools, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and effective communication skills.
Physical Demands

Requires sitting, standing, handling, reaching, talking, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds. Visual acuity for detail-focused tasks in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment

Casino setting with exposure to smoke and noise. May require evening, holiday, weekend shifts, and extended hours.
