Job Overview

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with high-quality service and supports store management in daily tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Promote all customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, and others.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist in merchandise selection.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant training.
5. Handle customer calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote company guarantees.
6. Manage cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges, returns, and resolve customer complaints.
8. Assist with store image maintenance, stocking, and inventory tasks.
9. Operate store equipment after training.
10. Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and vehicle diagnostics where legal.
11. Occasionally drive delivery vehicle if required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Desired:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
• Multilingual fluency, especially in Spanish.
