Job summary

Tri-State Bobcat in Little Canada, MN is seeking a Parts Specialist to help customers identify and purchase parts for Bobcat, Toro, STIHL, and other brands. You’ll work directly with customers and service technicians while supporting a wide range of equipment and parts, including leading brands. The role involves sourcing, allocating parts, and ensuring timely delivery to service jobs. We offer a full-time schedule with health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior parts-dept experience required.
• Experience in equipment, automotive, small engine, powersports, agriculture, construction or related industry is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and help customers purchase parts, accessories, and supplies by phone, text, or in person.
• Work with service technicians to source, order, and allocate parts to keep repairs on schedule.
• Research parts using computer systems, catalogs, and vendor resources.
• Receive, verify, and organize stock and allocate parts to inventory, customers, and service jobs.
• Monitor inventory and identify parts that need reordering.
• Assist customers with product selection, features, and basic operation.
• Recommend related parts and products based on customer needs.

Compensation: $24–$28/hour, based on experience

Location: Little Canada, MN

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No evenings or weekends

Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our Little Canada team. You'll work directly with customers and service technicians while supporting a wide range of equipment and parts, including Bobcat, Toro, STIHL, and other leading brands.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our service department moving by getting the right parts to the right people at the right time while providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers by phone, text, and in person identify and purchase parts, accessories, and supplies
• Work with service technicians to identify, source, order, and allocate parts to keep repairs on schedule
• Research parts using computer systems, catalogs, and manufacturer/vendor resources
• Receive, verify, organize, stock, and allocate parts to inventory, customers, and service jobs
• Monitor inventory and identify parts that need to be reordered
• Assist customers with Toro and STIHL product selection, accessories, features, and basic operation
• Recommend related parts, accessories, and products based on customer needs

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who is curious, organized, mechanically minded, and comfortable working with people.

You don't need previous parts-department experience. Experience in equipment, automotive, small engine, powersports, agriculture, construction, or a related industry is valuable.
