Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Parts Specialist to support the parts department with inventory control, deliveries, warehouse duties, and counter service. This role works closely with technicians and customers to ensure accurate parts fulfillment.

The position involves building part numbers, issuing purchase orders for specials, and handling phones and counter service. Candidates should have strong computer skills and a reliable attendance record.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as Parts Specialist or equivalent preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass post-offer physical & drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License & a satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Fill work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute to technicians.
• Builds part numbers and issues purchase orders for special orders for our shop and customers.
• Answers phones when necessary.
• Assists customers and technicians at the Parts counter.
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor.

Classification: Full time, non-exempt

Job Summary

The Parts Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the parts department in areas such as inventory control, deliveries, warehouse, and the front and back counter.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Fill work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute to technicians
• Builds part numbers and issues purchase orders for special orders for our shop and customers.
• Answers phones when necessary

• Assists customers and technicians at the Parts counter

• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work in a positive, fast paced environment

Education and Experience

• 1 years’ experience Parts Specialist or equivalent experience preferred

• Must be able to lift, push or carry up to 100-pound objects with assistance
• Frequently required to sit / stand / kneel / stoop / bend / use hands to handle materials / reach with arms and hands / operate motor-vehicle or job-related equipment
