Part Specialist

K&D Factory Service has been operating in the Keystone state since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our Parts Specialist supports 7 branches in York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, Scranton and Harrisburg, where the position is based.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• We focus on excellent customer service with customers, technicians, and vendors
• Placing purchase orders with vendors, we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.
• Problem resolution with customers and vendors.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Warm and friendly phone voice
• Inventory management experience preferred but not necessary
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment
• A willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry
• Limited travel to branches
