Job Opportunity: HVAC Parts Specialist with ElitAire in Columbus, OH

As a Parts Specialist at ElitAire, you will support customers with HVAC equipment parts and aftermarket services. Your responsibilities include processing sales, managing customer orders, and responding to inquiries.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and parts identification.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Support the internal sales team with technical support, order processing, warranty administration, and customer needs.
• Proactively recommend additional products to clients.
• Support vendor sales, inventory management, purchasing, and pricing.
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.

Career Growth Opportunities:

• Lead support for 100% of the Service department’s aftermarket needs.
• Promote to ElitAire Parts Store Manager, overseeing store operations, inventory, pricing, marketing, and profitability.
• Advance to become the ElitAire Aftermarket Business Leader for the territory.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and customer-focused. Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent HVAC technical experience.
• 5+ years of HVAC and/or sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate powered lifting equipment.
