The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent customer service via phone, including looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending products.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions and returns according to policies.
7. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
8. Assist with store image maintenance, stock updates, and operational tasks.
9. Operate store equipment after training.
10. Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle codes).
11. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
