Parts Specialist

Location: Cedar Bluff, IA

Description:

Looking for experienced Parts Specialist - West Liberty, IA

• Pay: $18 - $20 / hour

Provides a high level of external and internal customer satisfaction. Effectively engages and follows parts department standard processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for checking in parts orders daily and disbursing to correct location or customer.
• Demonstrates a concern for JJ Nichting Co. as a whole, exhibiting communication skills and cooperating with other departments and locations within JJ Nichting Co.
• Promotes teamwork and maintains a positive attitude.
• Fills position at parts counter as needed to support customer sales.
• Collaborates with Parts Manager to ensure proper on-hand parts inventory to meet customer demand while achieving desired inventory performance standards.
• Participates in ongoing inventory processes to ensure proper inventory control.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.

Schedule:

• Full-time Monday to Friday
• Weekends - during planting and harvest.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay.
