The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow and promote all customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and complete relevant training.
• Answer phone inquiries, look up parts, and recommend products.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Assist with store operations like stocking, planogram updates, and freight receival.
• Perform in-store services such as testing batteries, replacing headlight capsules, etc., as permitted by law.
• Drive delivery vehicles when needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
