Compensation Pay Range
$14.81 - $21.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in their tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
2. Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent service to phone inquiries, including parts lookup, quoting, and recommending related items.
6. Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and maintain the cash drawer securely.
7. Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
9. Assist with store image maintenance, stock management, and freight receival.
10. Perform operational tasks like inventory counts and merchandise returns.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services (e.g., wiper installation, battery testing, vehicle code scanning).
13. Occasionally drive delivery vehicles, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Desired:

• Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging systems, and sales or service experience.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
