Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, and multiple premiums if applicable.

The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in daily tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Promote all customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant training for the position.
5. Provide excellent customer service over the phone, including looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related products.
6. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns.
7. Resolve customer complaints courteously.
8. Assist with store operations such as freight receival, stocking, cleaning, and planogram updates.
9. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, inventory counts, and stock adjustments.
10. Operate store equipment such as brake lathes after training.
11. Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle codes where legal.
12. Drive delivery vehicles as needed, meeting driving record requirements.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences; provide outstanding customer service; multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
