Job summary

Lakeside International, L.L.C. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare outbound shipments to internal and external customers.

You will receive, check in, and store stock, assign BIN locations, assist in pulling orders, and help dispatch drivers. A valid license and forklift certification are required; the job is physically demanding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year in dealership or warehouse preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Physically demanding; able to lift up to 105 pounds repeatedly.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; operate in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check in and store inbound stock orders daily.
• Receipt orders in CDK; assign BIN locations to all incoming parts.
• Assist in pulling part orders and filling orders.
• Help dispatch delivery drivers and deliver parts to service bays; drive company truck as needed.
• Maintain neat and orderly warehouse; keep aisles clear.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular BIN checks.
• Sort and distribute inbound UPS and FedEx; assist in shipping outbound freight.
• Assist in shipping warranty return parts and paperwork; pull and pack returns as directed.
