Job summary

Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is seeking a parts picker for our Duryea, PA facility. You will use RF scanners to accurately pick parts, prepare shipments, and move orders through Quality Inspection/Packaging.

The role requires safety awareness, reliability, and the willingness to work extended hours, including weekends. Responsibilities include counting inventory, organizing the work area, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet internal and customer expectations while

Responsibilities

• Use RF Scanner to pick parts from set locations and deliver to Quality Inspection/Packaging area.
• Ensure accurate quantities per order and proper packaging for shipping.
• Prepare orders for shipment using Matrix/ProductionWare, Oracle, UPS and FedEx systems.
• Move completed orders with wheeled carts and assist with organization of work area.
• Cycle count inventory and report shortages; follow safety rules and report incidents.

Job description

To use RF Scanners to manually pick parts from set locations to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Use RF Scanner to pick parts from set locations and deliver them to Quality Inspection/Packaging area using a wheeled-cart
• Ensure proper parts and accurate quantities are picked according to order specifications
• Package orders and prepare them for shipping using the Matrix/ProductionWare, Oracle, UPS and FedEx systems
• Use hand tools to combine smaller parts into larger assembly
• Cycle count inventory as needed and report shortages
• Use multi-step platform ladders, Pallet Jacks, and other equipment to pick and move product as needed
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
• Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
• Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• No experience required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• At least 1 year of experience using RF Scanners or similar equipment preferred
• At least 1 year of experience using ORACLE, UPS and FedEx shipping systems preferred

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
