Job summary

PFlow Industries in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Shipper to ensure on-time packing and shipping of parts. You will prepare small-package shipments, maintain paperwork, and verify inventory while supporting the shipping and receiving functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of shipping or related experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of XPO, UPS, and FedEx preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively use an ERP system.
• Ability to read tape measures and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to complete forklift training.
• Basic office software proficiency (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend instructions following established procedures.
• Meet goals for on-time shipping and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain and verify paperwork and records with high accuracy.
• Communicate shipping problems to the Product Support Manager for timely resolution.
• Move goods within the warehouse to designated locations.
• Maintain inventory of materials in the work area.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping leadership before reallocating parts.
