Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop, implement and communicate practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to relay information professionally to all levels of management and customers.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI skills; ability to learn M2K ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Leads communication with customers and internal teams, providing assistance and problem resolution.
• Manages a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, dealers, installers and end-users for parts for PFlow Cartveyor equipment.
• Generates detailed quotations, processes sales orders and provides frontline support to customers.
